No more 30 Days, 30 Reasons. When coming up with Day 11's reason, I thought about how ridiculous it is that I feel the need to go on and on about how the KXL is a horrible idea to my network of friends when there's not one single good reason to build the pipeline. Not one. The "good reasons" TransCanada gives are debunked lies, lies that poorly veil their corporate pursuit of profit and power. There are better ways to create jobs, jobs around more sustainable energy sources than oil...there are better ways for a company and a country to make money than the suicide of environmental exploitation.
There don't need to be 30 reasons to deny the permit when there's not even 1 really good reason to approve it.
